Social Justice Camp II is a two weekend event.
Weekend I will focus on local activists, gov, artists and their causes in the Washington DC region and will be in an unconference format. Location and times pending. This weekend will have another eventbrite listing.
Weekend II will focus in increasing the communication between public health, gov, HIT, health professionals, artists, students and activists. There will be an ignite session on Friday Jan 21 from 7:30-10:30 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 4900 Connecticut Ave. This will be a series of short 5 minute speeches that will ignite our creative minds and get us ready for the next day's unconference. On Saturday Jan 22, 2011 we will meet in an unconference format at 10:00 am after a brief introductions period we will break into small groups to discuss important health and advocacy topics.
